Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- 接听中国区各地散客电话，提供客户准确的产品信息及优质的客户服务；

- 需承担游轮销售指标，通过自己的努力达到并超越公司给予的销售目标；

- 接听咨询热线时，能始终如一地达到并超越公司的服务质量标准，在客人及旅行社心中建立皇家形象；

- 严格执行公司的各项业务流程；

- 参与完成部门项目和相关任务；

- 熟悉公司内部预订系统及公司所有产品，在公司内成为品牌专家；

- 协助其它部门推动各个活动的完成；

- 提供准确及时的信息，有效利用公司资源。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    

    

1、 Pick up guest call, deliver a consistent and high level of customer service in all time

    

2、 Making bookings through our Reservation System to match our customers’needs and try to promote sales.

    

3、 Do the operation for a charter sailing or some allotment for direct sales sailing, such as the adjustment for cabins, upload manifest, dinning arrangement and special case application.

    

4、 Support Customer Service Dep. to deal with complains and promote cruise experience.

    

5、 Follow up onboard booking, contact customer to complete payment and offer patience after-sale service.

    

6、 Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team targets through calls from partnerships, emails, spreadsheets, online and media promotions.

    

7、 Maximize performance of sales and marketing campaigns by promoting.

    

8、 Push travel agent payment and follow up enter into the account. Double check whole team finance request status and deal with team invoice request.

    

9、 Help shore excursion department to collect FIT guests attend count and role as bridge to communicate between guests and shorex.

    

10、Deal with crown & anchor loyalty member question, for example: find member number, member qualification application, supply member credits and complaint.

    

    

 

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills:

·        To be proficient with the system applications in order to swiftly locate the caller’s reservation, establish status of booking and to search for information via the intranet.

    

·         In-depth knowledge of AS 400 system.

    

·         Excellent communication and selling skill.

    

·         Excellent team player.

    

·         Above 2-3years of related working experience.

    

·         To be a role model within the team and display professionalism at all times.

    

·         Good English in Speaking、Listening & Writing.
