Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Promote travel products and services to achieve sales targets
  • Provide full-range of travel and consultancy services to inbound and walk-in customers
  • Build and maintain excellent business relationship with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with affiliates to develop long-term business partnerships
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct seminars and prepare presentations
  • Execute marketing plans and perform regular market research
  • Handle customer’s enquiries, reservations, onboard arrangements and any other presales and aftersales services
  • Support all other direct sales / event activities and any other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in travel industry / frontline sales on a permanent role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience with business development and customer facing role
  • Aggressive, proactive, self-motivated and outgoing with sales-driven mindset and excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Mature, independent, responsible, multi-tasking and attention to details
  • Proficient in PC operation and Office software
  • Shift duty and occasional travel are required
