Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1.  Weekly/ monthly sales performance and revenue reports update and analytics

2.  Contribute to critical sales campaign such as base loading in areas of trading terms analysis, revision, modelling and presentation.

3.  Provide analytical support to sales strategy development

4.  Help to develop Sales target setting, cost of sales analysis, and recommendation presentation

5.  Help to develop future 1~3 year market revenue planning

6.  Market intelligence collection and analysis

7.  New biz initiatives modelling and recommendation

8.  Provide information and recommendations to leadership on both regular and ad-hoc basis. Provide analytical support on tactical and strategic special projects. Prepare reports and presentations for all levels of the department

9.  Develop productive working relationships with all Sales Managers, Directors and Executives as well as peers and other colleagues within the department and cross-departmentally.

Qualifications:

•   2~3 years analytical working experience

•   Education: Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar principles

•   Broad knowledge base to Sales, Marketing and Finance

•   Extrovert and with good communication skills

•   Capability to independently develop analytical reports and provide business insights accordingly

•   Writing and presentation abilities

•   Financial management skills

•   Capability to deal with complex topics

•   Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities

•  Client relationship skills

•  Business Acumen, financial literacy and an understanding of business trends

•  Fluent English and Mandarin

•  Strong Excel, database and PPT skills
